  • Pay money to support their Meetup
  • Supply samples to distribute to their members
  • Offer free or discounted services to their members
  • Give discounts or coupons on products to their members
  • We would like actual products to be given as door prizes, samples of food, beverages to be presented at events, hotel room or travel packages offered as incentives, as we contact at least 5,000 persons per event to ensure broad appeal and ad impressions left.
    
    We have paid out of pocket for years and continue to set the standard for the quality of the event and the offerings at each event, therefore, we need to increase if not maintain that standard even in these challenging economic times.
    
    Our group and its affiliates certainly will give the sponsor significant exposure on multiple platforms and the short and long term benefits are more cost effective this way than traditional advertising medium.
