I have confirmed an area for us at Ruby lo on the 9th October. We need to be there at 7pm to secure the space so please try to be there on time. This is also the quieter time as after 9pm there is a DJ there

I will not be able to get reception as its underground so look below for directions.

We are going to be there a couple of hours before the progressive entertainment event so note there is an £8 charge after 9pm. People are welcome to stay for this and it promises to be a great night of music.

From Marble Arch walk towards Oxford Street Station on Oxford Street and its on the left just before Selfridges. From Bond street walk down towards Hyde Park and it will on your right after selfridges.

Just to give you a heads up that this weekend is looking good on the weather front so why not make the most of it whilst it lasts. Take your umbrellas mind you as we have been subjected to the occasional shower this week.

Friday

So tonight some of us are meeting to watch “The proposal” with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds at the Odeon Cinema West End at 8pm (its behind McDonalds). We will meet at the All Bar One just opposite it at 8pm but let me know if you are definitely coming

Afterwards there is FREE party at the Social Bar, Oxford circus so feel free to pop along. Its done by the same people that deliver Hip hop karaoke. It ends at 1pm and I should be there from 11pm

One of our members has suggested this get fit intro day at London Bridge. RSVP quickly it promises to be great fun and a good way to start your Saturday.

Poetry in the Park is back!

A group of us went last year and it was really good fun. Bring food and drink and blankets and invite friends and family to make the most of this event. Its kiddie friendly too so no need to find a babysitter

This fun filled, acoustic, creatively infused, summers day picnic & jamming session, aims to entertain and enlighten both the participants and audience alike.

So bring your Sunday dinner (with the family, table and chairs if need be) a friend or two, your good vibes and be a part of this truly unique experience and be entertained. If you were part of the 150 plus that made it down last year, then you will already have Sunday, 26 July in your diaries…

Hello there

Happy new year and lets hope so far you have kept to all those positive NY resolutions (unlike moi)

Candace and I are hosting the first meetup of the year on Saturday 31st January. The venue, Fuel Bar is inbetween Leicester Square and Covent Garden area for maximum attendance and accessibility.

Please note that its free before 9.30 but that we are booked from 7pm. After 8pm they cannot guarantee you entry as members get priority and the capacity of the whole place is only about 100 people. So lets make an effort to get there early please folks!

There will be a few newbies from the messages I have been getting so I know it will be a great turn out and positive experience.

More details to follow as soon as we have confirmed it all.

Following the thrills and erm spills of winter meetup its time for us to meet up again.
